At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are clean and free of horse hair.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
