How do I determine the correct size for my horse's blanket?
To find the perfect fit, measure from the center of the chest, along the side of the body, to the rear of the hindquarters. Our detailed size guide on each product page helps convert these measurements to the appropriate Horze sizing.
What is your return policy for riding boots and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please ensure boots are tried on a clean surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy stable equipment?
Yes, we ship globally. However, shipping rates for heavy items like mounting blocks or stable mats are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and the destination country.
Are Horze products covered by a warranty?
All Horze products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the horse, such as biting or snagging.
How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
